Bedroom Wall Mural is Done!

Day 6

I’ve never hired an artist to do an extensive project before and it was both nerve-wracking and very exciting. There were days when Ronnie, the artist, was two hours late. Other days he had to cancel. There was a sense during the first few days that the mural may not come together and I’d have to paint over it with the standard off-white wall color.

But then two days ago we could see the light at the end of the tunnel, and now it’s done!

I think I will need a plain bamboo-colored bed cover.
