Delicious Indian Food. Blink and you’ll miss it
Here in Pererenan there’s a surprising number of hole-in-the-wall places popping up.
And since they say variety is the spice of life, then it must mean that this little section of Bali, on the outskirts of Canggu, is becoming scented and seasoned by the gentle hands of what might be called artisanal entrepreneurs.
Take darma’s kitchen, for example:
This fine Indian cafe is run by the nephew of an Indian owner, and since the nephew’s parents grew up in Indonesia, he speaks fluent Bahasa Indonesian, Indian and quite a bit of English.
Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but please come visit when you’re hungry. You won’t be disappointed.
