Putu Rice Flour Snack

This vendor happened to be at the end of our gang (private street).

Putu is rice flour with pandan leaf flavor (that’s why there’s a green color), brown sugar, and coconut topping:

The vendor places the rice flour and sugar in what appears to be sliced plastic piping. He then places the individual pieces (rolled rice flour) on top of a homemade heater. Then he places the rolls in paper and adds the coconut topping:

Two rolls and some topping are missing because I ate them too quickly and forgot to take a photo! Yummy!
